Background
New England Roots
I grew up in New England, with strong Franco-American and Polish roots. The rhythms and textures of this region teach you early on that seasons change, nothing stays, and that the work of staying grounded and hopeful is ongoing. I learned the importance of community, and that without strong circles, no one gets through a long winter. My upbringing gave me many things I'm proud of, but two things stand out: the dependablity of a trusted neighbor, and the gritty willpower of a cold-weather woman.
Formal Education
My academic life led me through Women & Gender Studies (BA) and Leadership (MA) — two disciplines that, at first glance, seem unrelated to the particularities of running an inn or managing a IT project... but they're not. My university education taught me to read systems — social, organizational, human — and to ask whose needs are being served, and whose aren't. They gave me a language for the kind of leadership I believe in and try to emulate: leadership that makes room, shares power, and sees diversity in backgrounds and perspectives as a strength.

Over the Years
A life lived in motion — I've lived in Maine, Florida, Colorado, Arizona, and enjoyed extended stays in Utah, Wyoming, and the midwest - namely breezy Ohio and Indiana.
I am fortunate to have had the ability to travel the world and have spent meaningful time working and volunteering in Spain, Ecuador, Australia, and most especially, Guatemala. Quebec is in my blood through my father's Canadian family — and I've visited many times. For pure fun, I've vacationed in Jamaica, the UK, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and the US Virgin Islands.
Through every adventure, yoga has been my anchor, and I practice weekly. I'm also an avid walker, and a fair-weathered hiker. I'm also a big fan of women's basketball (Let's go Mercury!). Between adventures, I bake things, drink wine, and eat anything that looks lovely. I am a minimalist and try to avoid consumerism whenever possible. I love dogs and talking about life's deepest pains and pleasures.

Bringing it all Together
Over fifteen years of creative work — designing, performing, composing, writing — woven through a professional life that has spanned hospitality, technology, property management, and animal care — has made me certain of one thing: versatility is not the absence of depth. It is strength, with range.
The same care and attention it takes to compose a piece of music, read an astrological birth chart, or design costumes is the same care and attention it takes to manage a property, lead a technology team through uncertainty, or help a CEO get organized.

My Philosophy
I believe that curiosity is a practice, not a personality trait. I believe that versatility is sign of dedication to the curiosity practice.
I believe in free-spirited collaboration — in what becomes possible when people with different skills and inclinations decide to make something together.
I believe that the strongest connections are the ones we build intentionally, with deep attention and consistent effort.
I value: Courage, Exploration, Authenticity, Autonomy, Creativity, Self Expression, Connection.
I'm accepting new clients and new projects: interesting people doing interesting things.
