Years of product, technology, and operations work in regulated, high-stakes environments gave me fluency in complexity: competing priorities, compliance constraints, cross-functional disparate teams, and the pressure behind shipping something that actually matters to real people.

My work background is varied, but what I've always been doing is helping people move towards clarity and growth: through heaviness, through complexity, through the moments where something needs to change. I'm also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
For high-achievers or teams who have built something significant — a career, a brand, a body of work, a community — I offer support by helping think through what's actually going on beneath the noise, figure out what needs to change, who needs to be in the room, and what you might no longer need to carry.

I read group dynamics well, and I'm not afraid of the tension that lives just under the surface of most meetings. I help create the conditions where honest conversations can actually happen — and where people leave feeling heard, not managed.
Clarity from complexity
I help teams and organizations make sense of tangled systems and projects — workflows, priorities, stakeholder needs — and find the thread that makes the next step obvious. This often shows up as facilitation, consulting, or strategy work, but it starts with listening.
Connecting what isn't connected yet
I notice patterns across contexts that others often miss. Whether that's identifying where a process is quietly breaking down, or seeing how two people with different vocabularies are actually saying the same thing — I help bridge those gaps.
