How do you help?

I help organizations, teams, and individuals get complex things done. That usually means coming in where there's ambiguity, friction, or a gap between where something is and where it needs to be — and building the structure, strategy, or relationships to close that gap.

What services do you offer?

I offer lifestyle management and estate management for busy leaders and teams. If you feel overwhelmed by everything in your personal life, I can help.

Additionally, through BeanBuilt, I offer fractional technology operations strategy for lean teams and lifestyle concierge management for busy leaders. It's designed for people who need high-quality help without the commitment of hiring a full-time employee. I also write and manage website content, and help with fundraising projects.

I've worked with technology companies, executives, non profit leaders, independent filmmakers and artists, home and pet sitting clients, and anyone else who's got something interesting.

How can you really do all these different things?

More than you might expect. Most projects require managing multiple moving parts simultaneously, keeping people informed and comfortable, anticipating needs before they become problems, and holding a high standard of care under pressure. The tools are different. The underlying discipline is remarkably similar.

I work well in environments that value range over specialization — where the person leading a project might also need to think about culture, communication, and the people affected by the work, not just the deliverable itself.

Can you help with something I'm building?

Yes — most likely, in some capacity. I've designed costumes for feature films, composed music for dance cinema, written short story fiction, and read astrological charts for people navigating major life transitions. I've also managed 5+ IT projects at once, and built websites. Curiosity is my strength.
